Accommodation

The standard of the accommodation is similar to that of Premier inn and the facility offers double, twin rooms and limited single rooms, our residential fees are priced on sharing basis.

WE only have twin sharing available at the moment. however there may be some single rooms available nearer to the event dates, which again will be allocated to early bookers on a first book first serve basis.

Due to limited availability of rooms on site, we can only reseve lodging for particpants signing up for the whole weekend.

For individual nights, we suggest Premier Inns on Stafford Rd, Newport TF10 9BY or Donnington Wood Way, Donnington, Telford TF2 8HH, they are about 4-5 miles from the venue. Premier inns or wolverhampton university campus hotel in Telford is only about 8-10 miles away.

Meals

Some meals are Not included in the non-residential and day delegate rates; however there is a cafe bar, which offers hot and cold meals.

Polo Sizes

Polos are offered at universal sizes and they are reaonably loose and comfortable, however, for people with bigger build may consider to book a size up their usual sizes or down for those with slimmer build.
