Tai Chi & Wellbeing Workshops plus Chinese New Year Celebration
Saturday 17 February 2018, 10am - 5pm
The Deyin Tai Chi & Wellbeing Boot Camps have been a major success, offering wonderful health tips as well as wellbeing and mindfulness techniques to hundreds of members and Tai Chi enthusiasts. The Year of the Dog Boot Camp is unique, as it is also a celebration of the Chinese New Year of the Dog. What a great way to start the New Year with healthy and fun activities.
This Boot Camp promises to continue this success by offering both our members and other Tai Chi & health enthusiasts more unique ways of improving our physical and mental wellbeing. Best of all it is absolutely free to all Deyin Members. Non members are also welcome to join us on this amazing camp for only £20.
All session instructors are experienced, highly qualified instructor members with in-depth knowledge of Tai Chi and Qigong for health, wellbeing and mindfulness. Therefore, every session of the camp is guaranteed to be an informative, beneficial and soul lifting experience for all enthusiasts.
That is the reason why our previous Boot Camps were booked up so quickly, and we strongly recommend anybody who wants to come to book early to avoid disappointment.
As well as great activities in the day, there will also be an Evening Chinese Banquet at our centre to welcome the arrival of the Year of the Dog, a year that emphasizes kindness to others, loyalty and friendship.
There will be a raffle draw with fantastic prizes where all the proceeds are used to support our future events. We have scheduled a fun and laughter talent show for the evening celebration and invite our members to take part, whether it is juggling, magic show, singing, or even standup comedy.
- Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know what you would like to perform.
Sunday 18th February - Deyin Instructors Day
On the day after the Boot Camp we will be holding a special day for our instructors, including our Deyin Annual General Meeting which our instructors are urged to attend. Any members who would also like to come along are also very welcome. There will also be form revalidation opportunities on the Sunday afternoon. Please note there is a separate booking form for the Sunday sessions.
