Autumn Health & Wellbeing Boot Camp

Another wonderful opportunity to train with Deyin Instructors in a wide range of subjects. Also a chance to meet up with like-minded friends from all over the country and have a great day.
 
The final session of the day will be with Master Tary, who will explore with participants some of the essence in learning and practice Tai Chi and Qigong in order to gain maximum physical and mental health benefits. He will also offer tips on some of the dos and donts during Tai Chi & qigong practice to avoid injuries.
 
The day is free for all current Deyin Members, and is only £15 for any non-members who would like to come along.

Sunday 1st October - Energy Booster Sessions
10am - 4pm

As we have done before, we will be holding special one-off events on the day after the Boot Camp. Why not make a weekend of it, and come to one or both of our Sunday Energy Booster Sessions with Master Tary Yip.
 
Registration for the Sunday Energy Booster sessions is on the same booking form as the Autumn Boot Camp (button below), but you do not have to register for the Boot Camp if you only wish to come on the Sunday.
