This is an excellent opportunity to explore China on land, up the mountain and on sea. During this trip we will practise Tai Chi & Qigong on Wudang mountain, Taoist sacred mountain, legendary birthplace of Tai Chi. We will also visit the Shanxi university, one of the oldest universities in China, and exchange with students, try our Chinese language skill in a Chinese class and explore our artistic talent through a calligraphy class. Furthermore, we will visit one of the four most famous old towns in China and experience the tradition and custom of China hundreds of years ago.
After the intensive programme of exchanges and cultural adventure, we will sit back and relax on board the world famous Yangtse Cruise, a great river cruise filled with stunning landscape, breathtaking views and great culture. we will even see one of the most famous dam in the world, "the Three gorges Dam".

Who can train
trainings are suitable for enthusiasts of all level and disciplines, however, they are not compulsory sessions and participants can choose to practise or just simply opt to have lazy and relaxing mornings. If times allowed, we could also organise extra activities for non training participants at their own costs.
Tai Chi

- Sun Style Tai Chi (38 step short form) - one of the 5 major styles of Tai Chi created by one of China's most famous martial artists, Grand Master Sun Lu Tang. It combines some of the best internal aspect of Xing Yi Quan, Bagua and Tai Chi to form a unique style that captures the heart and mind of many Tai Chi enthusiasts. The 38 Step short form is an excellent form ,which offers enthusiasts great insight into this sophisticated Tai Chi style. The Sun Tai Chi is also excellent for joints and internal refinement.
- Wudang Qigong & Meditation (optional) - As the legendary birthplace of Tai Chi, Wudang style martials arts included many other discipline and being heavily influenced by Taoism, Wudang style martial arts have both meditation and qigong exercise as a way of bring one to higher levels physically and spiritually. therefore Wudang Qigong and Meditation are excellent exercises for all.
- Push Hand training - a duo practice exercise to increase one's relaxation, sensitivity and also skill on Tai Chi practice.
Health Qigong
It improves the cardiovascular function and helps to cure such illnesses as coronary artery scleroses and osteoporosis. It strengthens one's immune system to a degree, delays the aging process
and also improves one's mental health.

Ba Duan Jin - The Eight-section Exercises date back to the Song Dynasty (960-1279) and its easy movements and impressive effects on health make it a gem in China's health and fitness culture. Purpose of the exercises is to increase internal energy circulation through spiritual cultivation and physical exercises so as to improve health and fitness.
Deep natural breathing is required during the practice of the routines, without any constraint. It has been proved that practice of Ba Duan Jin improves the respiratory system, limb strength, flexibility of the joints, fortifies the nerves as well as enhances the general balance.
- Liu Zi Jue - The Six Sounds is a traditional health and fitness practice focused on the breath-control. The exercises regulate and control the rise and fall of Qi (vital energy) inside the body and related inhalation and exhalation through six different mouth forms and pronunciations.
As this practices strengthen the liver, heart, spleen, lungs, kidneys and triple heater, respectively, Liu Zi Jue helps to balance the energy and functions of the internal organs. The exercises feature slow, gentle, extended and graceful movements and are suitable for people of all ages and conditions of health.
