Sun Style Tai Chi
Sun Style tai Chi is one of the five major Tai Chi styles, created by one of China most highly respected Martial arts Masters, Grand Master Sun Lu Tang. it incoporated the principles and charateristics of Tai Chi, Xing Yi and Bagua and form a unque set of movements. This style is agile, flowing and graceful to look at and excellent and practical in practice.
Health Qigong
This seminar provides an fantastic opportunity for Sun style enthusiasts to revise and improve their practising standard.
Health Qigong is a system comprises of some of the oldest Qigongs in China, they are Yi Jin Jing, Ba Duan Jin, Wu Qin Xi, Liu Zi Jue and Twelve Duan Jin, these Qigongs all have more than 1000 years of history.
