Saholin Temple - legendary Birthplace of Chinese Kung fu A unique opportunity to visit the hometowns of the fore masters of Tai Chi and pay our utmost respect to their contribution to Mankind. As well as visiting the ancestral homes of the Yang, Hao, & Chen families, we will also exchange Tai Chi with local enthusiasts.

 

If times allow, we will visit a TaiChi school to see for ourselves that not only the old, the infirm practise Tai Chi, but also the young, the strong and the fit too.

 

Visit to the thousand year old Shaolin Temple and watch fantastic Kung Fu demonstration from the Martial monks in the temple as well as practising Tai Chi & meditation with a Taoist monk on the Wudang Mountain will definitely be the highlights of the the journey.

  • Wudang Mountain - Sacred Taoist mountain, legendary birthplace of Wudang Tai Chi. learn Wudang Qigong & Meditation from Taosit monks.
  • Shaolin Temple - 2 thousand year old temple, regarded as the origin of all Chinese Martial Arts, a fantastic pilgrimage to see real Kung Fu in action.

 

Intense training (suitable for all levels – novice, intermediate & Advance alike)

Trainings are suitable for enthusiasts of all level and disciplines, however, they are not compulsory sessions and participants can choose to practise or just simply opt to have lazy and relaxing mornings.   • Yang Style Tai Chi (24 step short form) Beginners / Intermediate -

    The creation of the 24 step Taijiquan was a groundbreaking attempt to make Taiji more accessible to wider public and it has proven to be a massive success. It not only became the most widely practised standardised Taijiquan routine in China, but also the most popular form all over the world with over 100 million people practising it daily.

    There is a saying “When you know the 24 step Simplified Taijiquan; you will find friends in any corner of the Earth”.

  • 42 Step Combined Taijiquan (Advance) - Created as the international competition routine by one of the world's most respected teacher, Professor Li Deyin, this has been one of the most popular Tai Chi form favoured by enthusiasts throughout the world. it combines the Principles and Characteristics of 4 of the major styles of Tai Chi and excellent for enthusiasts to learn the inner essence and finesse of their style as well as other styles of Tai Chi.

 

Health QigongHealth Qigong pracrtice promise to sooth you mind and boost your fitness

  • Ba Duan Jin - Purpose of the exercises is to increase internal energy circulation through spiritual cultivation and physical exercises so as to improve health and fitness.

    It improves the cardiovascular function and helps to cure such illnesses as coronary artery scleroses and osteoporosis. It strengthens one's immune system to a degree, delays the aging process and also improves one's mental health.

  • Yi Jin Jing - The exercises are centered on the twisting, flexing, and stretching of the spine, with the waist as the axis and are conducted at a slow and even pace. Such movements help to stimulate spinal and nerve cords to make them function more effectively, together with the exercise of limbs and internal organs. Strength,The Yi Jin Ying movements have been proven to be able to improve health, fitness, prevent diseases, lengthen life and improve intellect.
