Extend from our 2008 Instructor course success, Deyin Taijiquan Institute is organising 2009 instructor courses to train and qualify more high quality instructors as an effort to promote the great benefits of Tai chi to wider public.

Instructor Training Course |
Aim: 
To allow as many people as possible to experience the enjoyment, and the health benefits of Tai Chi. Deyin Taijiquan institute, one of the most reputable associations in the UK, has designed the instructor course to train enthusiasts who would like to be qualified as a Deyin instructor and promote Deyin's Taijiquan syllabus.
To provide opportunities for people to learn in depth the inner essence of Tai Chi and to teach in such a way, which practitioners would gain the maximum benefits of this great art.
Who is it for?
This course is open to anyone from our institute as well as as enthusiasts form other Tai Chi styles. Participant must have at least 2 Years of Tai Chi and Qigong exeprience, motivated and eager to learn and ready to teach once qualified.
Non members of our institute are also welcome to take this opportunity to become a Deyin Taijiquan Institute qualified instructor. All you need isto have over two year of experience in practising Tai Chi of any style and have plenty of enthusiasm to learn/teach the Tai Chi to the highest standard. Since different schools do teach slightly differently, Participant must be prepared to adapt and change to fit into the Deyin Standard and requirement. |

Content |
The course consists of 5 modules over 5 weekends (Saturdays and Sundays), as well as Teaching Practice (3hrs min.) in one of the instructors' classes.
1) First module - Warm ups, 8 Treasures and 8 Step Taijiquan form
2) Second module - 16 Step Taijiquan form
3) Third module - 24 Step Taijiquan form
4) Fourth module - Basic Sword Technique
5) Fifth module - final revision on all form and assessment on forms and teaching.

As long as you prepare well, and practice regularly, almost all candidates can become our new Deyin Qualified Level 1 Instructor. |

Course Instructor |
Teaching of the course will be conducted by Master Tary Yip, co founder and chief instructor of the institute, a highly respected Tai Chi teacher in the UK, He has trained and qualified all instructors in the Deyin institute, and some of them have, under his expert coaching, gone on to become national Tai chi Champions and highly professional instructors. |
Teaching Prospect |
Upon completion of the course and passing assessments satisfactorily, students will become qualified Deyin Taijiquan Level 1Instructor representing the Institute in their local areas. You can start setting up beginners classes, working with adult educations, local authority senior classes, etc. The Institute will help register qualified instructors and obtain their professional indemnity insurance through the BCCMA, the only recognised council for Chinese martial Arts.
You will continue to received technical and professional support as well as continue improvement opportunities from the Institute. |

Course Fees |
Participants can paid for the course in full, which is £745.00 / €895.00 or by 3 Instalments of £265.00 / €318.00. The fees will include Training, Instructional DVDs, assessment fees, Instructor polo shirt and Instructor certificate.
