China is one of the oldest civilisations, with over 5000 years of history, that is filled with legends and mystique. Its picturesque landscape, historic architectures, unique culture have captured many people's imagination. As one of the biggest countries in the world, China has 56 ethnic groups which make this fascinating country historically, culturally, and politically unique.

China lies across large attidtude in the globe, which in turn giving birth to different types of terrain, landscape and vegetation. travelling across China people can see 4 seasons, dersert, plains and beutiful rivers. Culturally, China's 56 ethnic groups have their own unique customs and tradition thus make these civilisation captivating.

Amongst the many great Chinese cultural and historic heritages, Chinese Martial Arts Such as Shaolin Kung Fu & Tai Chi and Qigong exercises are regarded as a symbol of Chinese tradition and a connection between the East and the West. now millions of people practise Kung Fu and tens of millions of people do their Tai Chi practice in parks across the vast land of China is a daily scene, which is normal to the Chinese people but spectacular to westerners.

A tour of the Shaolin Temple and Wudang Mountain can be an enlightening and inspiring experience to any martial artists or just simply people who are interested in Chinese culture.

We have organised numerous Kung Fu & Tai Chi Trips for our students as well as Tai Chi groups and associations in the UK, Europe and throughout the world since 1998.
